3. Material Selection and Design Confirmation: With the guidance of our expert designer, you'll select materials and finalize the design. We'll also provide you with a detailed quotation for your project.

4. In-Home Measurement Appointment: Next, we'll schedule an in-home appointment to take precise measurements. This step ensures that everything fits perfectly in your space.

5. Manufacturing: Once we have all the necessary details, our skilled craftsmen will begin manufacturing your custom project to your exact specifications.

Throughout the process, our team will keep you informed and involved, ensuring that your project meets your expectations every step of the way. Your satisfaction is our top priority, and we can't wait to bring your vision to life!

Our business hours are Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, and Saturday, 10:00 am to 3:00pm. Closed on Sundays. You can contact us during or outside these hours for any inquiries or support.

The completion time for our products varies based on the specific item you've ordered. To give you a more accurate estimate, we provide a timeline along with your quotation inquiry. As a general guideline, our bedroom sets typically take approximately 6 to 8 weeks to complete.

If you require a faster turnaround time, we do offer a rush service option, available at an additional cost.

The mobility of our bedroom sets depends on the specific configuration you choose. If you order a headboard with a bed, these components are typically moveable, allowing you to rearrange your bedroom as desired.

However, when it comes to full wall decor with a bed, it is usually designed for permanent installation directly onto the wall to create a cohesive look. If you prefer the option of making the bed set moveable, we can accommodate this request by incorporating framing solutions, although this would incur an additional cost.
